In order to be accepted, returns must be made within 30 days at the latest and follow the process outlined below (with an account or without an account). We cannot offer refunds or exchanges more than 30 days after your purchase.

For a return request to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with the labels, in its original, new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. The return form must be placed in the package. Returns are made at the customer's risk. The loss of your parcel by the carrier during your return will not be refunded or exchanged by Hello Hossy®.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns, unless the product is defective, we made an error or you choose a purchase credit. No exchanges or refunds are possible for items purchased on sale, gift cards or other products with a promotional offer.

⌦ 2. Place the delivery note in the package. Any packages without a delivery slip will not be processed and cannot be refunded.

⌦ 3 *. Return the parcel, packed, protected and in its original condition. Print this form, fill it in and enclose it with the parcel. Any package without a return slip will not be processed and will not be refunded.
Important*: Please do not return your purchase to a relay point. We recommend that you send your returns by Colissimo, with tracking.




There are cases in which only a partial refund may be possible (if applicable):
  • Any item which is received damaged, not in its original state, or which is missing pieces for reasons not due to an error on our side.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.




Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will also inform you of our decision on whether or not to approve your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum of 15 days.




Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please start by checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then, contact your bank. There is often a delay required when processing a refund before it can be posted. If, after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact hello@hello-hossy.com.



Sale items (if applicable):

Only items purchased at full price are refundable. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are not refundable.



Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to hello@hello-hossy.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your return product may vary.

If you are shipping an item (or items) worth more than £60, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. Hello Hossy® does not guarantee the return of packages.

Delivery times

Delivery times with Colissimo vary from 2 to 5 working days (in metropolitan France).

If you choose DHL Express, delivery is between 1 and 2 working days (in France).

Hello Hossy® cannot be held responsible for delays related to the commissioned carriers.
