Delivery tracking

As soon as your order has been confirmed, you can track its progress (from preparation to delivery) via the tracking page.

Once the package has been shipped, a tracking number is sent in a shipping confirmation email. A link to the carrier's website allows you to follow all the delivery stages.

Delivery times

All orders placed before 11 am are dispatched the same day from the warehouse (except weekends and public holidays). Orders are only prepared from Monday to Friday.

We deliver to France, Europe, the United States, Canada, the UK, Switzerland, and the French overseas territories and departments (DOM-TOM). Delivery times are only estimates and calculated according to the zip code and carrier selected during checkout. During busy periods (such as sales), deliveries may take longer.

Delivery charges

Delivery costs for products are calculated once the order has been placed and before the order is validated, as per the delivery location, the selected delivery method, and the number of products ordered. 

For deliveries outside mainland France, any customs duties, import duties, or any state taxes that may be payable under the laws of the country in which the order is received will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility. These costs must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

Delivery locations

Hello Hossy® delivers to France, Europe, the United States, Canada, the UK, Switzerland, and the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM).

Customs fees

For deliveries outside mainland France, any customs duties, import duties, or any state taxes that may be payable under the laws of the country in which the order is received will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility. These costs must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

Delivery issues

If a problem occurs with your delivery, please contact the Hello Hossy® team as soon as possible at the following address: hello@hello-hossy.com. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Package not received

If your order does not arrive within 15 days (from the date it was shipped), please contact the Hello Hossy® team as soon as possible by email at: hello@hello-hossy.com. After this 15-day period, we will not accept any requests for an exchange or a refund.

You can also try checking with your neighbors or the concierge of your building. The package is probably in your neighborhood. If it can't be found, file a claim with the carrier and contact us in parallel at hello@hello-hossy.com, quoting the case reference. We'll find a solution 🙃

Damaged package

Upon receipt of the product, you are required to check the condition of the packaging and the condition of the product, and to report to the carrier - or if necessary, to refuse - any damage and/or deterioration observed (such as anomalies, damaged products, damaged packaging, missing products, opened packages, etc.) by making written reservations to the carrier within three (3) business days. 

Within the same time limit, you must contact us by email at hello@hello-hossy.com, providing us with your order number, a copy of the written reservations, and any evidence regarding the non-conformities, damage, or defects observed (in particular photographs of the damaged package and/or product).

Once our services have verified and approved the reasons for the refusal, we will replace the lost or damaged product(s), unless the latter are unavailable, in which case you will receive a refund within fourteen (14) days.

Mondial Relay delivery

If you have opted for a delivery to a pickup point and have not picked up your order within the specified time (5 days), your order will be returned to us. In this case, you will be refunded for the full amount of your order, minus the shipping costs.

You will receive an email from Mondial Relay with the access code to the locker at the pickup point. Remember to check your spam folder.

For security reasons, we do not have access to the code. If you can't find the email, Mondial Relay can send you the code via their app.

Free delivery

Enjoy it! Free delivery for orders over €50 in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, the UK, Spain, and the Netherlands.

Order modification/cancellation

Once your order has been validated and paid on our website, it can no longer be modified or canceled. The order is immediately transferred to our logistics center, where it is prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Order confirmation

All orders are validated upon receipt of your payment. Hello Hossy® reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or if we have reason to suspect that the order has been placed by a professional (reseller or distributor).

Once paid, your order can no longer be modified. All orders are subject to the availability of products. If a product is unavailable, the Hello Hossy® team will inform you by email or telephone as quickly as possible. You can either cancel the order or choose another product.

Wrong order

You received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item?
Contact our team within three (3) business days at: hello@hello-hossy.com with your order number.

If you suspect your order was prepared incorrectly, please attach photos of the following:

  • The incorrect item.
  • The delivery slip.
  • The barcode on the plastic packaging.
  • The size label on the product.

Please contact the Hello Hossy® team before returning any items.

Product fault

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within three (3) business days at: hello@hello-hossy.com.

We make it a point of honor to offer products that have been meticulously crafted for both children and parents. Every Hello Hossy® product undergoes rigorous quality control procedures, from the design stage to production and delivery. Nevertheless, it can happen that a product has a defect that we missed.

Product out of stock

Some of our items just won't stay on the shelves. Create an alert for the desired size on the product page. You will receive an e-mail as soon as it is back in stock.

Returns policy

In exercising your right of withdrawal, you may return the Product(s) to us within fourteen (14) days from delivery for exchange or refund.

To make a return, you must:

  • Send us a request via the returns form;
  • Choose between the refund of your order or a credit voucher in the value of the product(s) to be returned and valid for any item(s) on the Website;
  • Return the product(s) by regular mail, along with the delivery slip and your contact details, to the address listed on the returns form and as per the provided instructions.

For returns to be approved, products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition (new, undamaged, unwashed, unworn), with their labels intact, and with any accessories.

In any case, products purchased on second-hand websites or outside our official distribution network cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

For returns within mainland France, we will provide you with a Mondial Relay return label valued at €5.90.

  • If you opt for a voucher, we will pay the return shipping costs;
  • If you opt for a refund, we will deduct the value of the return label (€5.90) from the amount refunded.

For returns outside mainland France, you are solely responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels for returns outside of mainland France.

In any case, the parcel is shipped at your own risk. Thus, in the event the carrier loses the package, we will not offer an exchange or refund.

It is your responsibility to provide proof of this return (by sending it via tracked or registered mail).

If you are returning a "limited series" product, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to supply the same product. In this case, a refund will be prioritized.

Any returned product that does not comply with the above conditions will be refused by our services. In the event of a refusal, the product(s) will be returned to you at your own risk and expense.  

Request a return

Returns are made via our Returns portal.

You benefit from a right of withdrawal, which means you may return your product(s) to us within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery for an exchange or a refund.

You can request a refund or a credit voucher:

  • We issue refunds within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned product(s), except for products that do not benefit from the right of withdrawal;
  • Credit vouchers are sent via email and can be used immediately to place a new order. It is valid for one year.

Refund processing times

At Hello Hossy®, we issue refunds for returns within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned product(s) to the original payment method, except for products that do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. You will receive a refund confirmation email.

For credit cards, an interbank processing delay of a few days may apply.

If you haven't been refunded 3 weeks after sending your return, please contact us at: hello@hello-hossy.com.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, CB), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, or Shop Pay.

Exchange

Exchanges are possible in the form of credit. Start by requesting a return via the return portal. Once the parcel has been received by the warehouse, you will receive a voucher to use on our website. Please note that this voucher is valid for one year.

Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days after delivery of the package. After this time, we do not accept returns. More information on returns can be found here.

1/ Caps, Beanies & Bucket Hats.

Children of different ages have different head circumferences. We find that measuring their head circumference (in cm) is the best way to choose their size. Let the following measurements serve as a guide:

  • Size 9-18 months: head circumference between 44 and 48 cm.
  • Size 2-5 years: head circumference between 48 and 52 cm.
  • Size 6+ years: head circumference between 52 and 56 cm.

2/ Backpacks.

Our backpacks are available in two sizes: 2-5 years and +6 years.

Size 2-5 years:

  • Dimensions: H31 x W26 x D9 cm.
  • Weight: 250g (Volume 7.3L).
  • Ideal for: Daycare and Preschool.
  • Holds: A4 notebooks (21 x 29.7 cm)

Size +6 years:

  • Dimensions: H38 x W30 x D12 cm.
  • Weight: 500g (Volume 15L).
  • Perfect for: Elementary School.
  • Holds: A4 binders (26 x 32 cm).

3/ Sunglasses.

Our sunglasses come in three sizes. To select the right size, simply measure the distance between your child's temples (in mm). Let the following measurements serve as a guide:

  • Size 2-3 years: distance between the child's temples: 116 mm.
  • Size 3-5 years: distance between the child's temples: 119 mm.
  • Size 5-8 years: distance between the child's temples: 122 mm.

The temples of the sunglasses can be adjusted by the optician of your choice.

4/ Socks.
The best indicator is your child's shoe size:

  • Size 1-2 years: shoe size 22 to 24.
  • Size 2-3 years: shoe size 24 to 26.
  • Size 4-6 years: shoe size between 27 and 31.
  • Size 7-9 years: shoe size between 32 and 35.

5/ Swimsuits.

Regardless of their age, every child has their own specific body type. Our swimsuits are therefore made with elastic. They come in three sizes. We find that your child's height (in cm) is usually the best indicator for their size. Let the following measurements serve as a guide:

  • Size 1-2 years: child's height between 74 and 87 cm.
  • Size 3-4 years: child's height between 88 and 107 cm.
  • Size 5-6 years: child's height between 108 and 116 cm.

Mom & Dad sizes

Our team strives to offer as many adult sizes as possible for matchy-matchy looks with your kids.

The following sizes are available:

  • For moms: head circumference between 54 and 56 cm.
  • For dads: head circumference between 56 and 58 cm.

Payments made via Shopify Pay are secured using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol.

Washing instructions

Before any cleaning, be sure to check the care instructions label. Here are all our care tips:

Gently clean by hand, using a damp sponge (lukewarm water) and a gentle soap or detergent. Machine washing and tumble drying are not recommended, as this can alter the shape, fabric, and patterns.
Tip: you can also use a toothbrush.

2/ Beanies.

Hand wash with gentle soap or detergent in lukewarm water. Machine washing and tumble drying are still not recommended 🙃

Hand wash only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Tip: to remove or lighten stains, use a soft, moist cloth with a gentle detergent, black soap, or a stain remover stick.

Machine wash at 40°C max. Do not tumble dry.

  • Our backpacks are made from recycled plastic bottles. 100% recycled polyester fabric.

  • Our sunglasses are designed with recycled polycarbonate frames, and lenses with maximum protection: category 3, UV400, TAC polarized.

  • Our socks are made from OCS certified organic cotton.

  • Our water bottles are made of stainless steel.
