Delivery tracking

As soon as your order has been confirmed, you can track its progress (from preparation to delivery) via the tracking page.

Once the package has been shipped, a tracking number is sent in a shipping confirmation email. You will also receive a link to the carrier's website, allowing you to track every step in the delivery.

Delivery times

All orders placed before 11 am are dispatched that same day from the warehouse (excluding weekends). Orders are only prepared from Monday to Friday.

We deliver to France, Europe, the United States, Switzerland, and the French overseas territories and departments (DOM-TOM). Delivery times are only estimates and calculated according to the zip code and carrier selected during checkout. During busy periods (such as sales), deliveries may take longer.

For international deliveries outside the EU, customs duties may apply upon receipt of your order.

Delivery issues

If a problem occurs with your delivery, please contact the Hello Hossy® team as soon as possible at the following address: hello@hello-hossy.com. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Package not received

If your order does not arrive within 15 days (from the date it was shipped), please contact the Hello Hossy® team as soon as possible by email at: hello@hello-hossy.com. After this 15-day period, we will not accept any requests for an exchange or a refund.

You can also try checking with your neighbors or the concierge of your building. The package is probably in your neighborhood. If you still can't find it, file a complaint with the carrier then contact us at: hello@hello-hossy.com with the number of the complaint. We'll find a solution 🙃

Damaged package

If the package is damaged upon receipt, you must note this damage on the delivery slip in the presence of the carrier. You must then send us a copy of the delivery slip so we can take the necessary actions and/or proceed with an exchange or refund. You must also provide photos of the damaged package and/or product(s). All claims must be complete and made no later than 3 days after the date of delivery.

In the case of a pickup, indicate the damage to the pickup point clerk or refuse the package altogether.

In any case, contact us at: hello@hello-hossy.com within 3 days of the pickup/delivery to inform us of the damage and provide us with the elements required for your claim. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Mondial Relay delivery

If you have not picked up the package within 8 days at a pickup point, the package will be returned to the sender and a refund will be processed within 15 days of its receipt. Reshipments are not possible, you must place another order.

The access code for the locker is sent to you directly (by email) by Mondial Relay. Remember to check your spam folder.

For security reasons, we do not have access to the code. If you can't find the email, Mondial Relay can send you the code via their app.

Free delivery

Enjoy it! free delivery for orders of €50 or more in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Order modification/cancellation

Once your order has been validated and paid on our website, it can no longer be modified or canceled. The order is immediately transferred to our logistics center, where it is prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Order confirmation

All orders are validated upon receipt of payment. Hello Hossy® reserves the right to refuse or cancel a customer's order if a dispute arose with said customer during a previous order.

Once paid, orders can no longer be modified. All orders are subject to the availability of products. If a product is unavailable, the Hello Hossy® team will inform you by email or telephone as quickly as possible. You can either cancel the order or choose another product.

Wrong order

You received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item?
Contact us immediately at: hello@hello-hossy.com with your order number.

If you suspect your order was prepared incorrectly, please attach photos of the following:

  • The incorrect item.
  • The delivery slip.
  • The barcode on the plastic packaging.
  • The size label on the product.

Defective product

If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@hello-hossy.com.

We make it a point of honor to offer products that have been meticulously crafted for both children and parents. Every Hello Hossy® product undergoes rigorous quality control procedures, from the design stage to production and delivery. However, on certain rare occasions a defect is overlooked.

Product out of stock

Some of our items just won't stay on the shelves. Create an alert for the desired size on the product page. You'll receive an email as soon as it is back in stock.

Returns policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receipt of your order (except for discounted items, which cannot be returned or exchanged). After this time, no refund or exchange will be possible.

For a return to be approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels intact, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The delivery slip must be placed in the package. Customers are responsible for the risks associated with returns. Hello Hossy® will not refund or exchange your order if it is lost by the carrier on its way back to our logistics center.

Metropolitan France:

1/ Request your return on the return portal. We will provide you with a Colissimo return label (value: €5.90).

  • You would like a refund? Once the return has been received and the contents checked, all returned items will be refunded (minus the return costs of €5.90) back to the card or other method used to pay for the order. The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the package, and a refund confirmation email will be sent.

  • You prefer an exchange? Once the package has been received and checked, a voucher will be sent by email. The return shipping (€5.90) is free. You can then use the voucher on the website to place a new order.

2/ Prepare your package. Remember to include the delivery slip with your contact details, then drop the package off at the post office. If the package fits in your mailbox, simply ask Colissimo (here) to pick it up there.

3/ Once the package has been received and the items checked, we will process your return as per your wishes: refund or voucher/exchange.

The return shipping costs are at your expense. Be sure to opt for delivery tracking with the selected carrier. Hello Hossy® will not be responsible for any packages that get lost on their way back to our logistics center.

Request a return

Returns are requested via the return portal.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order. After this time, we do not accept returns. Our full returns policy can be found here.

You will be given the choice between an exchange and a refund:

  • Refunds are processed within 15 days of receipt of returned packages.
  • If you opt for an exchange, you will receive a voucher by email to place a new order. It is valid for one year.

Refund processing times

At Hello Hossy®, refunds are made within 15 days of receiving your return. The funds are credited back to the card (or other method of payment) you used to place the order. You will receive a refund confirmation email.

For credit cards, an interbank processing delay of a few days may apply.

Exchange

Exchanges are possible in the form of credit. Start by requesting a return via the return portal. Once the return has been received by our warehouse, you will receive a voucher to use on our website. Please note that this voucher is valid for one year only.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. After this time, we do not accept returns. More information on returns can be found here.

1/ Caps, Beanies & Bucket Hats.

Children of different ages have different head circumferences. We find that measuring their head circumference (in cm) is the best way to choose their size. Let the following measurements serve as a guide:

  • Size 9-18 months: head circumference between 44 and 48 cm.
  • Size 2-5 years: head circumference between 48 and 52 cm.
  • Size 6+ years: head circumference between 52 and 56 cm.

2/ Backpacks.

  • Size 2-5 years:
    - Dimensions 26 x 9 x 31 cm / Weight 250 g / Volume 7.3 L.
    - Ideal for childcare and kindergarten. Holds A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) folders.
  • Size 6+ years:
    - Dimensions 30 x 12 x 38 cm / Weight 500 g / Volume 15 L.
    - Perfect for elementary school. Holds A4 (26 x 32 cm) binders.

3/ Sunglasses.

Our sunglasses come in three sizes. To select the right size, simply measure the distance between your child's temples (in mm). Let the following measurements serve as a guide:

  • Size 2-3 years: distance between the child's temples: 116 mm.
  • Size 3-5 years: distance between the child's temples: 119 mm.
  • Size 5-8 years: distance between the child's temples: 122 mm.

The temples of the sunglasses can be adjusted by the optician of your choice.

4/ Socks.
The best indicator is your child's shoe size:

  • Size 1-2 years: shoe size 22 to 24.
  • Size 2-3 years: shoe size 24 to 26.
  • Size 4-6 years: shoe size between 27 and 31.
  • Size 7-9 years: shoe size between 32 and 35.

5/ Swimsuits.

Regardless of their age, every child has their own specific body type. Our swimsuits are therefore made with elastic. They come in three sizes. We find that your child's height (in cm) is usually the best indicator for their size. Let the following measurements serve as a guide:

  • Size 1-2 years: child's height between 74 and 87 cm.
  • Size 3-4 years: child's height between 88 and 107 cm.
  • Size 5-6 years: child's height between 108 and 116 cm.

Mom & Dad sizes

Our team strives to offer as many adult sizes as possible for matchy-matchy looks with your kids.

The following sizes are available:

  • For moms: head circumference between 54 and 56 cm.
  • For dads: head circumference between 56 and 58 cm.

Care instructions

Before any cleaning, be sure to check the care instructions label. Here are all our care tips:

Gently clean by hand, using a damp sponge (lukewarm water) and a gentle soap or detergent. Machine washing and tumble drying are not recommended, as this can alter the shape, fabric, and patterns.
Tip: you can also use a toothbrush.

Hand wash with gentle soap or detergent in lukewarm water. Machine washing and tumble drying are still not recommended 🙃

Tip: to remove or lighten stains, use a soft, moist cloth with a gentle detergent, black soap, or a stain remover stick.

  • Our sunglasses are designed with recycled polycarbonate frames, and lenses with maximum protection: category 3, UV400, TAC polarized.

  • Our socks are made from OCS certified organic cotton.

  • Our water bottles are made of stainless steel.
