Hello Hossy® delivers its products in France, Europe, and French Overseas Departments and Territories, and can, upon request, deliver to any country. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location (country) upon check-out. Deliveries are made by the French Post Office or Colissimo. For international orders, other carriers may be commissioned.

Order confirmation

All orders are confirmed upon receipt of the client's payment. Hello Hossy® reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of litigation with the client concerning a previous order.

Once paid, your order can no longer be modified. Hello Hossy® can only accept orders subject to available stock. If a product is not available, the Hello Hossy® team must inform the client by e-mail as soon as possible. The client may either cancel the order or request a refund.

Package not received

If you do not receive your package within 15 days from the date on which it was sent out for delivery, it is your responsibility to e-mail the Hello Hossy® team, as soon as possible: hello@hello-hossy.com. After 15 days, we cannot accept any requests for refunds or exchanges.

Once your order has been marked "delivered" by the French Post Office or Colissimo, Hello Hossy® considers the package to have been delivered and disclaims any liability for lost packages, mailbox theft, or disputed receipt. Please file a complaint with the Post Office or Colissimo, the sole responsible parties.

Return Policy

When purchasing products from Hello Hossy® , make sure to consult the size guide made available on the website. If you can't find it, please write to hello@hello-hossy.com

Product returns are accepted for all orders made in metropolitan France (excluding DOM-TOM, Europe, International).


To be admissible, your return request must be made within a maximum of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, no refund or exchange can be offered.

For a return request to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with the labels, in its original, new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. The return form must be placed in the package. Returns are made at the customer's risk. The loss of your parcel by the carrier during your return will not be refunded or exchanged by Hello Hossy®.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns, unless the product is defective, we made an error or you choose a purchase credit. No exchanges or refunds are possible for items purchased on sale, gift cards or other products with a promotional offer.

There are cases in which only a partial refund may be possible (if applicable):

Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if any) :

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will also inform you of our decision as to whether or not your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum of 15 days.


Late or missing refunds (if any) :

If you have not yet received your refund, please recheck your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@hello-hossy.com.


Items on sale (if any) :

Only items purchased at full price are refundable. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are not refundable.


Exchanges (if any) :

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to hello@hello-hossy.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your return product may vary.

If you are shipping an item (or items) worth more than £60, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. Hello Hossy® does not guarantee the return of packages.

Damaged packages

If the package is damaged upon receipt, you must submit a complaint in the presence of the courier. You must also share a copy of the complaint with us so that we may intervene and/or offer you an exchange or refund. You must also provide us with photos of the damaged package and/or products. In order to be admissible, any claims must be complete and made no later than 3 days after receipt.


No part of this website may be reproduced, copied, sold, or utilized for commercial purposes without the express, written approval of Hello Hossy®.

The client is not authorized to download or modify any part of the Hello Hossy® website, particularly its content (products listed, descriptions, images, videos, etc.) for any reason.

In general, all copyrights, trademarks, and other distinctive marks and property or intellectual property rights appearing on the website will remain the full property of Hello Hossy®.

Washing instruction

Make sure to check the washing instructions label before washing the cap. Do not machine wash or put in the dryer. Machine washing may damage your caps. The fabrics and graphics, as well as the shape of the cap, may deteriorate. We recommend gently washing your caps by hand. No refunds are exchanges will be made if your product is damaged during washing.

We accept card payments (Crédit Agricole secure systems or Stripe), Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Facebook Pay.


The prices are listed in euros, including all French taxes (VAT and any other applicable taxes), excluding shipping, processing, and packaging costs.

Shipping, processing, and packaging costs will be displayed in the client's shopping cart before the final confirmation of the order. Prices may change at any time, without notice, particularly in case of changes to fiscal or economic information.

Sizes & Categories

All Hello Hossy® cap sizes are listed on each product page. It is important to take these into account before each purchase.

Hello Hossy® caps are available in three children's sizes (9-18 months, 2-5 years, 6+ years) and two adult sizes (mum and dad). Each cap is adjustable / tightenable at the back. The most reliable indicator for choosing a cap is the head size (in cm). If a child is between two sizes, please take the bigger size.

These beanies are available in three sizes for children (9-18 months, 2-5 years, 6 years and +) and in two adult sizes (mom and dad). It's best to choose the size of these beanies according to the child's age. If the little one is in between, select the larger size.

Whether it's caps or bonnets, we make sure we offer as many unisex designs as possible, and keep a good balance between girls and boys, to suit all tastes, styles and families.


Since 2021, Hello Hossy® has included products made from organic cotton and recycled polyester, packaged in compostable, re-usable bags, as part of its product lines for children and parents. To learn more, write to us at hello@hello-hossy.com.

Delivery times

Shipping times vary between 3 to 5 working days (in metropolitan France). Hello Hossy® is not liable for delays caused by authorized carriers.

These delivery times are indicative, based on average delivery processing times. In order to meet these delivery times, the client must provide accurate and complete delivery information: delivery address, street and building number, staircase, access, code, name, intercom number, etc.

The client is solely responsible for the information entered for the delivery address. If this information is incorrect, Hello Hossy® cannot issue a refund or exchange the product.

Cancelling an order

Once your order has been placed and validated on our website, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.
