Manufacturing.
At Hello Hossy®. Since day one, we have paid very particular attention to the quality of our products, the know-how and expertise of our partners — as well as respect for the teams working on our projects. To get there, we have two key challenges. The first, and most important, is finding the best partner with the best expertise. The second is working, day in day out, hand in hand, with our manufacturers.
Collaboration. Launching a production run is one thing. Collaborating, every day, for months, with the teams, is something else entirely. This close collaboration allows us to maintain the quality of our products, fine-tune every last detail and build a healthy and respectful relationship with our manufacturers. We are proud, alongside Murielle, to have been working with the same manufacturers since day one. For some, that's over 4 years. It's a mark of commitment — for them, for us, for you. We've lost count of the hours spent exchanging with the manufacturing teams! Real human bonds have been built since then, and we're proud of that.
Production. As mentioned above, the first challenge is to find the best expertise for each of our product categories. To do this, we work with several manufacturers — in China, in Turkey, and soon in Portugal. Bringing production closer to home is something we want to achieve in the medium-to-long term. Some exciting projects with a social impact, going in that direction, are in the pipeline. We hope to launch them very soon. The challenge for us is to grow the team so we can move quickly on these topics.
Materials. We are committed to launching all our new product ranges using eco-friendly materials. The Backpacks are made from recycled plastic bottles, the sunglasses from recycled polycarbonate, the caps from organic cotton and recycled polyester, the socks from organic cotton, and so on. Using eco-friendly materials is, for us, a necessity. And we will continue, wherever possible, to go in that direction.
Our mission will always remain the same: make kids proud, put a smile on their faces. And to do that, it takes products that are fun, stylish, top quality and eco-friendly.
