About us.

A family story -

At Hello Hossy®, we work with panache and passion to design original, offbeat, colourful, iconic, creative caps with character for all our children. Behind Hello Hossy® are Murielle & Ludo, happy parents of two little ones, named Timéo and Jimmy. Our creations are inspired by our lives in America, France and England, but also by our time spent in urban and natural environments - including Hossegor, our base camp! We're excited to create a fresh, clean, new kind of cap brand for you and your kids to enjoy.

Unique collections -

More than 100 new cap designs are available at Hello Hossy®. That's a lot of work! With prints, plain colours, eco-responsible, in velvet, or with fleece, you have something to please the kids, whatever the season. Collections of caps that are always available from 9 months. Some (we did say some) are also available for parents: Cool Dads Only and Cool Mums Only. But let's be clear, the focus will always be on the kids.

The Hello Hossy® community is growing every day, and we hope to welcome you soon. Hello Hossy® is the first brand in Europe to be 100% dedicated to creating unique caps for kids age 9 months and up. Come on! We're waiting for you ;).

Quality & Comfort -

All Hello Hossy® caps are meticulously crafted and controlled for quality. Our mission: for our caps to be a staple among children and babies, nothing less. So we're working hard ;). And we love what we do. Our caps are free of phtalates, azo dyes, and organostannic compounds, low in cadmium, and EN71, REACH, and SGS certified. In 2021, we launched a 100% sustainable collection made from organic cotton and recycled polyester.

Delivery times

Delivery times with Colissimo vary from 2 to 5 working days (in metropolitan France).

If you choose DHL Express, delivery is between 1 and 2 working days (in France).

Hello Hossy® cannot be held responsible for delays related to the commissioned carriers.

Problems with delivery

If you have a delivery problem, please contact the Hello Hossy® team as soon as possible at the following address: hello@hello-hossy.com. We will contact you shortly.

Return Policy

In order to be accepted, returns must be made within 30 days at the latest and follow the process outlined below (with an account or without an account).

The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, with labels, new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns unless the product is defective or it is an error on our part.

Track your package

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, with your tracking number, in order to follow all the steps of the delivery.
