EU Size 24: foot length 15.9 cm.
EU Size 25: foot length 16.6 cm.
EU Size 26: foot length 17.3 cm.
EU Size 27: foot length 18 cm.
EU Size 28: foot length 18.6 cm.
EU Size 29: foot length 19.3 cm.
EU Size 30: foot length 20 cm.
EU Size 31: foot length 20.6 cm.
EU Size 32: foot length 21.3 cm.

If your child is between two sizes (or on the borderline), we recommend going up a size.
