Delivery tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you can track every step (from preparation to delivery) via the tracking page.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, the tracking number is sent via a confirmation email. A link to the carrier's website lets you follow every step of the delivery.

Delivery times
All orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day from the warehouse (except Weekend and public holidays). Orders are processed Monday to Friday only.
Delivery is available in France, Europe, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the DROM-COM (overseas territories). Delivery times are given as estimates and calculated based on the postcode and carrier selected at checkout. During peak periods, delivery times may be longer.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs will be calculated at the time of placing your order and before confirming it, based on the delivery location, the delivery method you have chosen, and the quantity of products ordered.
For deliveries outside mainland France, any customs duties, import taxes or state taxes that may be applicable under the laws of the destination country will be your sole responsibility. These will be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
Delivery locations
Hello Hossy® delivers to France, Europe, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the DROM-COM (overseas territories).
Customs fees
For deliveries outside mainland France, any customs duties, import duties or state taxes that may be applicable under the laws of the destination country are your responsibility and yours alone. They will be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
Delivery issue
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the Hello Hossy® team as soon as possible at: hello@hello-hossy.com. We'll get back to you quickly.
Parcel not received
For any parcel not received within 15 days (from the date your order was dispatched), contact the Hello Hossy® team by email as soon as possible: hello@hello-hossy.com. After this 15-day period, no exchange or refund request will be accepted.
Don't forget to check with your neighbours or contact your concierge. The parcel is probably close by. If it still can't be found, file a claim with the carrier and contact us at the same time at hello@hello-hossy.com, providing the case reference number. We'll find a solution 🙃
Damaged parcel
Upon receipt of the product, you are required to check the condition of the packaging and the product received, and to report to the carrier — or even refuse — any damage and/or deterioration observed (anomaly, damaged product, damaged parcel, missing product, open parcel, etc.) by submitting written reservations to the carrier within three (3) working days.
Within the same timeframe, please contact us by email at hello@hello-hossy.com, providing your order number, a copy of the written reservation, and any evidence of the non-conformities, damage or defects observed (including photographs of the damaged parcel and/or product).
After verification and confirmation of the validity of the grounds for refusal by our team, the lost or damaged product(s) will be replaced, or, if unavailable, you will be refunded within fourteen (14) days.
Mondial Relay delivery
If you chose delivery to a collection point and did not collect your order within the allotted time (5 days), it will be sent back to us. In this case, you will be refunded the amount of your order, minus the delivery costs which will remain entirely your responsibility.
The access code for the locker is sent directly to you by email by Mondial Relay. Remember to check your spam folder (junk mail).
For security reasons, we do not have access to it. If you cannot find this email, Mondial Relay can provide it to you via their app.

Free delivery
Make the most of it! Free delivery from €50 of purchases in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Spain and the Netherlands.

Order modification / cancellation
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for on our website, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. The order is instantly sent to our logistics centre, which begins preparing it straight away so that orders can be dispatched as quickly as possible.
Order confirmation
All orders are confirmed upon receipt of your payment. Hello Hossy® reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in the event of a dispute relating to a previous order payment, or if we have reason to suspect the order was placed by a professional (reseller or distributor).
Once paid, your order can no longer be modified. Hello Hossy® can accept orders subject to available stock. If a product is unavailable, the Hello Hossy® team will notify you by email and phone as soon as possible. You can either cancel the order or choose an alternative product.
Incorrect order
Have you received a damaged item, one with a defect, or something you didn't order?
Get in touch within three (3) working days with the team at hello@hello-hossy.com, providing your order number.
In the event of a packing error, please include the following photos:
- The item received by mistake.
- The delivery note.
- The barcode on the plastic packaging.
- The size label on the product.
Please do not return any items before contacting the Hello Hossy® team.
Product defect
If a product turns out to be faulty upon receipt, please let us know within three (3) working days at hello@hello-hossy.com.
We take great pride in offering carefully crafted, detail-driven products for children and parents. Every Hello Hossy® product goes through a rigorous quality check from design through production to delivery. That said, the occasional defect may slip through.
Out-of-stock product
Some styles are victims of their own success. Sign up to the stock alert for your desired size on the product page. You'll receive an email as soon as it's back in stock.
Returns policy
As part of your right of withdrawal, you may return the product(s) to us within fourteen (14) days of delivery to obtain an exchange or a refund.
To make a return, you must:
- Submit a request via the Return Form;
- Choose a refund for your order or a store credit to the value of the product(s) to be returned, valid on our entire website;
- Return the product(s) by post, along with the delivery note and your contact details, to the address shown on the return form, following the instructions provided.
To be accepted, returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, in perfect condition (new, undamaged, unwashed, unworn), with their tags and any accessories included.
In any case, products purchased from second-hand platforms or outside our official distribution network cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
For returns from mainland France, we will provide you with a Mondial Relay return label worth €5.90.
- If you have opted for a store credit, we will cover the return shipping costs;
- If you have opted for a refund, we will deduct the value of the return label (€5.90) from the amount refunded.
For returns from outside mainland France, return shipping costs are entirely your responsibility. We do not provide a return label.
In any case, the parcel travels at your own risk. Therefore, in the event of the parcel being lost by the carrier, we will not proceed with an exchange or refund.
It is your responsibility to keep proof of the return (send by tracked or registered post).
In the event of a return of a "limited edition" product, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the same product. In this case, a refund will be preferred.
Any returned product that does not meet the above return conditions will be refused by our team. If refused, the product will be sent back to you at your own expense and risk.
Make a return
Your return request is made via the return portal.
As part of your right of withdrawal, you may return the product(s) to us within fourteen (14) days of delivery to receive a store credit or a refund.
You can request a refund or a store credit:
- The refund requested following a return will be processed within fourteen (14) days of our team receiving the product(s), except for products excluded from the right of withdrawal;
- The store credit will be sent to you by email to place a new order. It is valid for one year.
Refund timeframe
At Hello Hossy®, refunds are processed within fourteen (14) days to the original payment method, from the date our team receives the product(s), except for products excluded from the right of withdrawal. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
An interbank processing delay of a few days may apply for credit card payments.
If after 3 weeks your return still hasn't been processed by our team, contact us at hello@hello-hossy.com.
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, CB), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay and Shop Pay.
Exchange
Exchanges are available in the form of store credit. To do so, you need to submit a return via the return portal. Once the parcel has been received by our warehouse, you will receive a store credit to use on our website. Please note that the store credit is valid for one year.
Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the parcel being delivered. After this period, the return cannot be processed. The detailed returns policy is available here.

1/ Caps, beanies & Bucket Hats.
Every child has their own head circumference, regardless of age. The best indicator for choosing the right size is the head circumference (in cm). Please refer to the information below:
- Size 9-18 months: head circumference between 44 and 48 cm.
- Size 2-5 years: head circumference between 48 and 52 cm.
- Size 6+ years: head circumference between 52 and 56 cm.

2/ Backpacks.
Our backpacks are available in two sizes: 2-5 years or 6+ years.
Size 2-5 years:
- Dimensions: H31 x W26 x D9cm.
- Weight: 250g (Volume 7.3L).
- Ideal for: Nursery & Kindergarten.
- Fits: A4 notebooks (21 x 29.7cm).
Size 6+ years:
- Dimensions: H38 x W30 x D12cm.
- Weight: 500g (Volume 15L).
- Ideal for: Primary school.
- Fits: A4 ring binders (26×32cm).

3/ Sunglasses.
Our sunglasses are available in three sizes. The best indicator for choosing the right size is the temple width (in mm). Please refer to the information below:
- Size 2-3 years: temple width of 116 mm.
- Size 3-5 years: temple width of 119 mm.
- Size 5-8 years: temple width of 122 mm.

The best indicator is your kid's shoe size:
- Size 1-2 years: shoe size between 22 and 24.
- Size 2-3 years: shoe size between 24 and 26.
- Size 4-6 years: shoe size between 27 and 31.

5/ Swimsuits.
Every child has their own build, regardless of age. Of course, the swimsuits are elasticated. They are available in three sizes. The best indicator for choosing the right size is the child's height (in cm). Please refer to the information below:
- Size 1-2 years: child's height between 74 and 87 cm.
- Size 3-4 years: child's height between 88 and 107 cm.
- Size 5-6 years: child's height between 108 and 116 cm.

Mums & Dads Sizes
With the team, we do our best to offer as many models as possible in adult sizes to give you plenty of parent-kids duos.
Available sizes:
- For mums: head circumference between 54 and 56 cm.
- For dads: head circumference between 56 and 58 cm.

Washing instructions
Before any cleaning, make sure to check the care label. Here are all our care tips:

1/ Caps & Bucket Hats.
Gentle hand wash only, using a damp sponge (lukewarm water) and Marseille soap. Machine washing or tumble drying is not recommended. It can damage the shape, the fabric and the graphics.
Tip: you can also use a toothbrush.

2/ Beanies.
Hand washing recommended, with Marseille soap in lukewarm water. Machine washing or tumble drying is still not recommended 🙃

Tip: to remove or reduce stains, use a soft cloth dampened with Marseille soap, black soap or a solid stain remover.

- The beanies, caps and bucket hats are made without phthalates, without AZO, without organotins. They also have a low cadmium content and are certified EN71, REACH, SGS. Models made from cotton use 100% organic cotton.
- The backpacks are made from recycled plastic bottles. 100% recycled polyester fabric.
- The sunglasses have frames made from recycled polycarbonate and, for the lenses, maximum protection: category 3, UV400, TAC polarised.
- The socks are made from organic cotton, OCS certified.
- The water bottles are made from stainless steel.
